1 1/2 cups rolled oats, regular or quick-cooking
1/2 cup coarsely broken walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries ( sweeten or not, that's up to you )
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt non stick spray flour
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray two 10 x 14-inch cookie sheets with the vegetable spray. Dust with flour and shake off excess.
2. Combine milk and oats in a medium-size bowl. Stir in nuts,berries, cinnamon, and salt. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets, flattening gently with back of spoon. Bake 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on rack.
Makes 4 dozen small cookies.
